SAM'S COTTAGE

Sam's Cottage is a single storey cottage with lots of character, a cosy, comfortable one bedroomed holiday home for two people. It is surrounded by it's own private garden. To the front is a small stone terrace with table and chairs and a pathway which leads through a shady woodland garden to the private parking area. Behind the cottage is another small garden and seating area with views over farmland where horses (and sometimes deer) graze, leading to woodland and the adjacent  nature reserve.

The cottage is split into two areas with a KITCHEN / LIVING room and a BEDROOM with ensuite shower room. It provides a private, cosy holiday retreat for two people. The living area has a wood burning stove, dining table, sofa, and TV with Video and DVD player (No TV reception - some DVD's are provided or bring those films you have been meaning to watch) The kitchen area has a fridge, microwave and 2 hob electric cooker with oven.

The bedroom is up 3 steps and has two beds which can be arranged as twins or linked to make a 5 foot double bed. The ensuite has a wash hand basin, wc and an excellent shower. Bedding and bed linen is supplied (please bring your own towels and tea towels) Gas is provided for ample hot water. Electricity is supplied - there are electric heaters in all rooms. 2 barrow of logs are provided for the woodburner - more can be purchased. We cannot accommodate pets. Non smokers please.

Sam's Cottage is available to rent by the week and for short breaks in off peak weeks.
